2 10 inch sausages, cut in 3rd inch strips
1 onion, cut into thin strips
3 pounds leaf lettuce
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup olive oil
Season sausage strips with salt and pepper. Add onion strips, lettuce strips, 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Heat grill or gas grill to medium high heat. Add oil, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until evenly browned.
