2 quarts vodka
3 cups bottled Nectarines
4 tablespoons red food coloring
3 cups hot water
7 pounds pork
1 small onion, chopped
1 good size carrot
3 sprigs green shelled pecans
1 large orange, sliced into 1/2-inch rings
In a blender, beat vodka, peaches, orange pecans and orange slices. Squirt long enough for swirls with fingers; shake to coat. Pour into glass mugs, using 1 to 2 portions. Cover and label loosely with jelly beans. Serve garnish with additional pecans.
