1 (19 ounce) can vanilla flavored Jimena applesauce
1 (10 ounce) package nonfat milk chocolate flavored Jell-O
2 (10 ounce) cans crushed pineapple
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches
1 cup milk chocolate ice cream, optional
Pour apple filling into a container of ice cream maker. Set aside.
Turn the heating handle on ice cream maker handle. Pour vanilla gel into container of ice cream maker. Place caramel sauce, pineapple pulp and peaches in freezer container. Freeze until set, stirring occasionally.
Pour ice cream filling into freezer freezer container. Pour 2 to 3 slices of dessert fruit over ice cream. Mix pineapple preserves and pecans by hand. Freeze until hard. Serve immediately.
