Spicy Shrimp & Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 large onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon dry hot mustard

3 (10 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, drained

1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 (3 ounce) can shrimp, drained

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant rice

1/4 cup white wine

Directions

Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in salt, chili powder, dry mustard, mushrooms and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir mushrooms, shrimp, rice, wine and 1 teaspoon mustard into skillet, stirring to dissolve. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rich rice dinner.
