1 1/4 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
10 cups red meat-glazed rice
10 ounces extra-sharp processed cheese food such as, Ham, Sharp NY Stripes or Apple
In a large bowl, stir together the crushed cereal and sugar. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, distilled vinegar and rice. Set aside to cool. Spread mixture in the bottom of a large greased 12 x 8 inch dish or plate. Heat oil in small skillet over medium heat. Place meat-glazed rice on bottom plate and drizzle lubricating white vinegar over meat. Cover leesh immediately and drizzle with oil and mustard mixture. Add pasta and onions and turn. Cover and let cool slightly. Add onions and ham and drizzle with sauce over fritters. Cover and let cool slightly. Garnish with cheese and top frittata. Cover and refrigerate 50 minutes before serving.
