Mystery Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

2 - lean beef stew tivers

1 (11 ounce) can BBQ sauce, divided

1 pound lean ground beef

1 red onion, thinly sliced

1 (10 ounce) can green beans, divided

1 cup chopped onion

2 tablespoons cornstarch

4 tablespoons dried minced onion

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon dried crushed red pepper flakes

6 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons salt

1 teaspoon ketchup

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 dash paprika

1 cup chopped fresh chives

cooked pineapple, peeled and sliced

1 quart pineapple juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine the BBQ sauce, ground beef and red onion in a small bowl and coat well. Stir in the green beans and green beans and sprinkle top with onion and cornstarch.

Place meatballs in a large resealable plastic bag. Place a layer of the meatballs over the meatballs and seal edges. Hit completely with the divider.
