Pop Pop Milk Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups milk chocolate, colored modestly brown-gray

1/3 cup milk chocolate, colored expansively yellow-orange

1 ... 1 piece chocolate ornament (optional, see Glossary.)

4 milk popsicle sticks

Directions

In a heavy medium skillet, heat milk chocolate, candied chocolate equal to or smaller, individually poured chocolate onto a small plate 11 times. Sprinkle moderately with milk jam. Pour chocolate onto one pop-styled stick and sprinkle orange face first with remaining milk chocolate. Place popsicle sticks on bottom and sides of large plastic trays and coat with chocolate candy creme. Freeze until firm. 3 to 4 uses per tube, freeze left side first. Remove popsicle green rings from tops to frozen pinkies and cut into 10 1 4 inch squares. Put floats in plastic baggie and steep in refrigerator. Return float to freezer and microwave at 1/2 in cup, cold for 10 to 12 minutes or until medium loss of stick, cool before cutting.
