In a shallow dish, mix Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
Lightly oil a large skillet over medium heat. Cook beef in sauce until golden brown, 4 to 6 minutes. Remove meat and transfer to bowl.
Place minced onion, celery, mushrooms and carrots in the pan of pan with beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until juices are thickened and vegetables are tender
