Pineapple Pie VI Recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (6 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

3 tart green apples, peeled, cored and sliced

Directions

In a large bowl, mix pudding mix and whipped topping. Beat until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Chill pie until firm.

Roll the slices of fruit into a 10 inch circle. Place about 1/2 inch from the bottom of the pie crust. Sprinkle top with apples.

Bake in 9 inch nonstick pan until apples are tender, about 2 hours. Serve hot or cold.
