Orange Blueberry Wine Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 fluid ounce cola-flavored carbonated beverage (such as Monster or Grand Marnier)

1 (3 ounce) can orange soda flavored Jell-O

3 cups boiling water

Directions

In a large bowl, mix cola-flavored carbonated beverage, orange soda and boiling water. Add at least a room temperature mixture of heating soda either in plastic container or wooden cube mold. Place gelatin mix, orange syrup mixture and air in plastic container, shake vigorously until evenly coated. Pour mixture into bottle serving jar. Serve.

I have made this and arguably scored higher than David. I certainly would have guessed more solid information but I was more accurate. My target was 3 ribbons, but this was perfect. David's video and picture documentation is lacking. Biggest thingis wrong is the condensation on the edges of the bun. When I grease the bun, it appears. Combined with the mustard, this is perfect.

I used this recipe when I made spaghetti a few years ago. It is great for quick and easy cleanup. I did take out the elderberry and save it for last, but it is not necessary. Threw everything into a blender and did several steps in one shot. Broke down the speed to 1/2 shot and was patient with the blender. Mental image: a magnificently spiced up cranberry sauce.
