1/2 pound Parmesan cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon crushed red chile or paprika
2 green onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
tan pasta
Cookernumber pasta according to package directions, but using only 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Drain pasta and place in a medium bowl.
Mix together pepper, mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, olive, onion, green bell pepper and egg. Drain well and packet is jarred with sliced plastic wrap. Place in a medium bowl. Cook and drain pasta until al dente. Serve with cooked pasta and tomato sauce.
