Spinach Parmesan Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound Parmesan cheese, room temperature

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

3/4 teaspoon crushed red chile or paprika

2 green onions, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

Directions

Cookernumber pasta according to package directions, but using only 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Drain pasta and place in a medium bowl.

I submitted this recipe many years ago as an experiment when I was learning about the site. It is delicious but the directions are missing. I would have to make a few changes before I tried it.
