1 (4 ounce) package chicken flavored marinade
1 (4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 onion, finely diced
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1 cup cornflakes cereal
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium glass bowl combine marinade, cream of chicken soup, skinless, boneless chicken, onions, tomatoes, cornflakes cereal, Monterey Jack cheese, pepper, salt and pepper. Mix to coat thoroughly. Pour into a slow cooker and throw away salted marinade.
Cook on low setting for 8 to 12 hours, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
