1 pound salmon steaks
1 pound salmon fillets
1 (8 ounce) can swimming green beans, drained
1 quart water
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 quart chicken bouillon
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 (16 ounce) can black olives
1 (8 ounce) can whole light, frozen pecans
Preheat the oven broiler to Grill. Prepare fish fillet with a sheet of foil. Place fish on foil, seam side down. Place salmon on foil. Place fish sheet on the broiler rack.
Place the green beans and water in a 10 quart metal bowl. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper, orange juice, sugar, black olives, pecans and 1 1/4 cup olive oil. Mix together well and pour over fish.
Broil for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove foil and broil for an additional 3 minutes. Remove foil, but leave fish on rack. Use a metal spatula to lift fish fillet from foil and place in the 10 quart metal bowl. Broil at least about 15 minutes, turning every 30 minutes.
