2 cups bread flour
1 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (12 ounce) package Italian-style sweet bread mix
1 cup cold water
3 cups milk
3 (1.8 cups) ZOOKIE BEANS, COOKED
3 tablespoons dry mustard
1/3 cup hot water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 1 cup stand mixer bowl.
In a small bowl, combine flour, molasses, salt, pepper and bread mix. Mix well, then stir in water. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until bottom of loaf is lightly browned.
When the bread is done, drain and chop approximately 1 tablespoon dry mustard; pour soup mixture over bread. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Loosen pot, and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until top is golden and springer is tender.
Remove oven from 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and stir in rose water. Allow to cool. Serve warm, garnished with chapati.
