1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained and chopped
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant whipped topping
1 1/4 teaspoons lemon zest
4 tablespoons orange juice
6 tablespoons milk
In a large bowl, combine peaches, lemon zest, orange juice and milk. Mix well. Chill mixture in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round baking pans. Place peaches and peaches mixture in pans.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until peaches and peaches are tender. Remove from oven to cool completely, and brush with lemon zest syrup.
