3 pounds lean ground beef
2 1/2 ounces tomato sauce
8 ounces Genovese cheese
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon olive and basil herb seasoning, or to taste
1/4 cup Italian-style dried basil flakes, or to taste
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, or to taste
50 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan over low heat, cook beef for 6 1/2 minutes, or until browned. Stir in tomato sauce, vegetables, oregano, Italian grated herbs, olive powder, basil mixture and meat sauce. Mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into glasses, and throw onions on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Chill 10 minutes before serving.
