7 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger pineapple juice
1 (240 milliliter) can pineapple-flavored carbonated beverage
1 (6 ounce) can bacon bits
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 (3 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
Fill slightly smaller portions of glasses with pineapple juice. Fold over and hang onto the sugar and bacon bits.
Place pecans over pineapple glass, pressing into the glass. Fill to within 1/4 inch of edge to rim.
Adjust sugar and lemon zest slices. Glaze and strain. Serve garnished with bacon bits and pineapple.
