1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 onion, diced
10 fresh tomatoes, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
In a large bowl, mix mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, garlic, basil, salt, rosemary and salt. Stuff each breast with mushrooms mixture. Place fish in prepared pan and brush lightly with lemon juice.
Place pan on grill. Grill 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
