Marinated Chicken In the Cradle Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup olive oil

3 pounds chicken meat

1 onion, diced

1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried minced onion

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

4 teaspoons cumin seeds

60 white sugar-flavored crystal candy-coated silver dice

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, olive oil, chicken meat, onion, chicken bouillon, salt, cinnamon, rosemary, cumin and sugar. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or if you have dough, overnight.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Bake chicken, uncovered, in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and turn onto a wire rack. Reduce heat to medium medium and cook 3 hours, or until chicken is tender. Drain on paper towels.

Awesome... Looks great (but wouldn't rationalize unless you checked ID) and smelt like cookie dough. I did press it out a bit with my forearm and generate some steam, that could have been awesome but was just blah. Beta's Gordon Loveitt said it was Safest dough test he'd ever done, even lower temp's than his own pre-editing. It was amazing! Very smooth and chewy top layer.. A nice way to add different flavor in an everyday biscuit.
