4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup lard
1 (15 ounce) can vanilla ice cream, thawed
Combine cream cheese and sugar in large bowl; beat well. Stir in milk, egg and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Fill and seal bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan with vanilla ice cream. Serve in 3- or 4-quart-size serving bowls.
