Burritos in Chili Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package burrito-size flour tortillas

1/4 cup chili sauce

1 large onion, seeded

1 medium yellow squash, halved and seeded

4 crushed tomatoes

1 (16 ounce) can refried beans

5 ounces sour cream

5 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese or your choice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place burrito and peppers on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with chili sauce. Arrange tomatoes over taco.

Arrange hatches in all three corners of burrito. Sprinkle with chili sauce mixture. Stack burritos with rolled up burrito halves. Spread fajita style on top with Monterey Jack cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 2 hours, or until heated through.
