1 (1 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (1 ounce) can sliced onions
1 (1.5 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
In a large skillet, brown mushrooms and onions over medium heat. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of liquid.
Place mushrooms and onions in a large skillet. Add taco seasoning, cheese, chilies and cream cheese, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
