Seasoning Chicken I Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (8.5 ounce) can anchovy sauce

3 tablespoons seminal cocoa

3 cups Hello Yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1 pound roast chicken, cut into cubes

1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced

Directions

Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Adjust to your own individual preference.

Saute chicken and garlic in oil for about five minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Do not brown chicken. Remove chicken breasts from pan and place on a serving platter.

Whisk together the anchovy sauce, cocoa and salt in a separate small bowl. Put browned breast meat in pan along with the anchovy sauce. Spread the browned turkey over the meat of the anchovy sauce mixture, and Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and crumble of crushed apple. Cover pan with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.

Apple slices into cubes and drizzles sauce over the tops of the sliced apples when they are available.
