Coffee and Cream Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour

2 teaspoons white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 cup wheat flour

1 cup water

3 egg whites

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease bottom of loaf pan. Mix flours, sugar, and salt, and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix egg whites and flour. Add egg whites and our milk, mixing just until all the whites hold together. Press dough into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan, pressing well to remove excess flour.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
