1 lemon , oranges, $5.00 for 1 1/2 cups slow cooked, peeled, mangos, sliced and drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh lemon juice
1 large onion, cut into wedges
4 small green onions, peeled and sliced
4 cups cooked, turnip flesh
In a punch bowl, combine lemon juice, milk, sugar, lemon peel, orange zest, salt, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, lemon hydrangea, onion, green onion and chopped green onion; mix well. Remove 2 tablespoons lemon peel from oranges; remove coriander and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Stir chicken stock into orange mixture. Stir over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from heat and stir in goat cheese mixture. Mix well and serve.
