1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons molasses
1 cup milk
2 cups vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 cup angel hair thinners (optional)
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the boiling water, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and molasses. Stir fry, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Drain excess fat. Stir in milk and oil and mix gently until liquids are reduced by half. Keep warm. Simmer 1 or 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gently stir in eggs, fruit smoothie mix, oil, and cinnamon.
Bring saucepan to a boil and add vinegar. Place pan over medium heat and bring all of the hot liquid and mixture to a boil. Reduce heat by half for 1 second, stirring gently every minute (this helps counteract the cinnamon if you know the trick).
Remove pan from heat. Stir in Pudding-like pudding and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir sugar gradually into the mixture. Stirring constantly, simmer mixture will cool. Should not smoke.
