1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup raisins
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 (16 ounce) can sliced bananas
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
1 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons white sugar for decoration
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Mix together cream cheese, oil, egg, raisins, pineapple, bananas, and crushed pineapple. Spread on bottom and sides of 8 inch square pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
For the frosting: In a medium bowl, stir together sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice until smooth. Chill mixture overnight, and sprinkle over fruit and fruit juices. Serve chilled or as soon as possible.
