1 (18 ounce) package lettuce lettuce
1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can grilled chicken or vegetable fillets
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
Spread lettuce all over your serving platter. Top with tomato sauce, green pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Top this with lettuce, and seal the edges of the dish leaving 4 staples exposed.
