1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup cream cheese, chopped
8 ounces chocolate cake mix
10 drops salted water (optional)
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To make the Filled Batter: In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat, and stir in cream cheese. Slowly whisk in milk, cream cheese mixture, and vanilla. Transfer to a 9x13 inch pan, and let cool until mixture thickens; about 5 minutes. Chill before serving.
