8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon butter
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and pudding mix together. Fold in milk. Transfer mixture into a small container. Chill overnight and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Invest in a roasting rack and grease rim. Reserve 1/2 cup of the whipped cream in the first batch.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Mix in milk and vanilla. Stir in eggs and whipped cream. Fold in butter. Fill and seal each loaf with remaining whipping cream.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and immediately spread cream cheese mixture on one side of each loaf. Serve warm or cool.
