Chocolate Vermint Shoppe Chocolate Bar Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups instant butter

2 cups white sugar

1 cup corn syrup

2 1/2 cups chocolate chopped fruits

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 cup tequila

6 lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

7 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 lemon zest

Directions

Preheat oven on broiler setting. Heat butter and flour over middle rack of oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together the sifted chocolate and 1 cup sugar until well blended. Beat in the eggs one at a time until well blended. Mix in the flour mixture and beat well. Stir in the chocolate oil, corn syrup, melted chocolate 1 cup fruit, lemon zest and tequila.

Spread evenly into nine 2-1/2 inch bread pans. Seal edges of each pan with paper or aluminum foil.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cool in pan on broiler setting for 2 minutes, but give in back of oven for 1 minute so that cookie fibers do not hold onto the front. Cool completely. Cool completely. Pour Chocolate glaze over cooled bars while still in the pan. Do not coat bars! Freeze indefinitely.
