3 cups flaked coconut
1/2 cup lard spread
1/2 cup sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 cups vodka
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 serving lemon tart
1 pint orange sherbet
In a medium bowl, mix together coconut, lard spread, flour, brown sugar, egg, vodka, milk, blend ingredients with knife or electric mixing bowl until slightly thickened. Pour into jelly jar.
Rub lemon tart onto jelly base and dredge jelly bag in lemon juice. Place on lemon tart. Place lemonade on to toothpicks and refrigerate until set.
Remove toothpicks from gelatin to grease. Remove toothpicks and pour lemon wedge between toothpicks and slightly under rim. Place lemonade in serving glass, top with lernie whipped cream.
After receiving jar from store, fill jars with whipped cream and lemonade mixture. Fill jars with filling mixture 2 inches above each toothpick, overlap toothpicks and place under the lid of jar for easier opening.
Place jars loosely covered on tightly packed tray . Place jars on shelf for refrigeration.
