Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup milk

2 egg yolks

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, baking soda, brown sugar, sour cream, cream cheese, granulated sugar, milk, egg yolks and lemon zest. Mix in the milk, egg yolks and lemon zest until well blended. Mix in the vanilla.

Pour filling into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
