1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 1/2 cups milk ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage
Beat butter in large bowl until fluffy. Stir in Italian-style seasoning; cook over medium heat for about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Mix together salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, milk ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Add ricotta cheese mixture to creamed mixture. Stir with spoon or fork; allow to cool slightly. Remove with spoon or fork and spoon ricotta mixture onto quiche circles.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until quiche is golden brown and crust is golden brown.
