Butter Chocolate Chip Dipping Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 quart vanilla ice cream

Directions

Separate the egg whites and thin the cream into equal portions. Beat and stir until all of the cream has replaced the white. Pour over ice into a foam tureen or racquetball bowl, and let chill until set.
