1 (10 ounce) package frozen cut chicken dinner roll
1 (3 ounce) package instant French-fried chicken
coconut-flavored green beans (optional)
uncooked instant Mexican rice
1 cup sliced ripe olives
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Prepare fritters by using a meat thermometer, making sure all theĀ threads areĀ slightly sticky. Place chicken and fritters in a large bowl.
Separate pieces of chicken and place them into a separate bowl. Pour oil into a small saucepan.
Place the chicken pieces in the fritters. Fry in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.
Lightly oil a large skillet or griddle. Heat oil in the pan with a little water or margarine. Place chicken pieces, vegetables, corn, lettuce and bell pepper into the pan.
Add fritters into skillet. Return the chicken pieces to the pan with the fritters. Roll in salt and pepper. Fry in oil for 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned. Remove from heat quickly, stirring often, to keep fritters from burning.
