1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened and strained
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, sliced into rings
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened and strained
7 pieces shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 8x8 inch pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, mushrooms, onion, cream cheese mixture, cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Line the prepared pan with the remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until heated in half way through. Cool, and refrigerate before serving.
