1/4 cup nougat milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons peanut oil
Combine nougat milk, cocoa powder, peanut oil and milk in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens from bottom and coats the back of a metal spoon. Stir in 1 cup white sugar; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and forms a thick, smooth paste. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa mixture, a little at a time, until paste thickens to smooth consistency, about 3 minutes. Cool. Fold in peanut oil. Serve immediately.
