1 (5 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, lightly beat
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white rum
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, oil, white rum, juice of 1/2 lemon, and mix together until well blended. Pour into crust.
Bake for 35 minutes in the 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven, or until filling is bubbly and firm. Cool before cutting into squares.
