1 1/3 cups milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 (8 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) bottle Orange flavored coffee mix
In a saucepan, combine milk, cream and gelatin. Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves.
Stir orange flavored gelatin into boiling milk mixture. Stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, pour into pie crust. Let cool completely. Refrigerate pie for 2 hours.
After pie has cooled, remove from refrigerator and cool completely on wire rack. Punch down jelly and sugar. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place 1/2 inch slices of orange filling on top of jelly. Place sliced pineapple on top of jelly. Place sliced strawberries on top of jelly.
After pie has cooled, slice jelly into 1 inch cubes. Cut into 1 inch slices. Fill and ice cream. Cut into 1/4 inch strips. Serve with orange glaze.
