1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons minced celery
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
In a medium bowl, butter the butter or margarine until smooth. Mix in onions and celery. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the milk, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and brown sugar. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
When ready to serve, mix together the milk mixture with the remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into a small bowl and spread over a slice of Brie cheese. Serve immediately.
