Pineapple Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/2 pound fresh pineapple, sliced

1 cup sliced bananas

1 (8 ounce) can pineapple flavored Jell-O mix

1 cup boiling water

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

1 (3 ounce) package instant pineapple pudding mix

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Mix pudding mix and boiling water together and pour into a large bowl. Stir in pineapple with juice, pudding mix and pineapple with juice. Fill crust with crushed pineapple with pineapple juice and pudding mix.

Arrange stuffed pineapple in the bottom of a 9 inch square glass baking dish. Place in preheated oven for ten minutes, or until filling is set. Serve pineapple pie in preheated oven for about one hour.
