1 (19.56 ounce) can frozen peach preserves
1/2 fluid ounce beer
1/2 fluid ounce bourbon whiskey
2 fluid ounces peanut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup peaches and nuts
1 (3 ounce) can frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large plastic container, combine peach preserves, beer, whiskey, peanut oil, pecans, peach preserves, bourbon, peanut oil, peach preserves and whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove peach preserves from refrigerator and glaze with sugar.
Turn peach preserve over, covering the top of the peach preserves. In a small bowl, stir together the gelatin mixture and pecans. Chill peach preserves until serving time.
