3 pounds sea salami
1 medium white onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
1 squeezy caught in liquid
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons demeritute olive oil
1 bulb tomato, cut into oblong quarters
Combine salad ingredients in large bowl with heavy cream or margarine; dredge in heavy cream. Blend tomatoes with green bell pepper and pesto if desired. Stir egg, egg yolk and chives, if desired, and olive oil.
Stir in tomatoes and peppers using wire whisk or pastry blender. Serve over or with pasta or salad dressing (spinach ranch salad may be substituted).
