4 tablespoons margarine
1 chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1/4 cup lettuce
1 (1 ounce) package sharp processed cheese spread
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
In a large skillet, heat margarine over medium heat. When the margarine begins to thicken, add the chicken breast, lettuce, cheese spread and bell pepper. Saute for about 2 minutes - ingredients will thicken. Add onion and green peppers and saute for about 5 minutes.
Assemble: Top each burrito with 1 tablespoon Mexican seasoning, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon guacamole. Roll the burrito into a 1/4 inch thick piece.
