1 (18 ounce) package vegetable cake mix
1 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 (3 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup reduced fat milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup packed light brown sugar (optional)
1 (16 ounce) package red food coloring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) pans.
Separate cake layers: place one at a time on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool and frost with red food coloring.
