4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened lemonade
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple juice
1 (8 ounce) can baked pineapple cubes
3/8 cups water, divided
4 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons orange juice
4 tablespoons lemon zest
In a small saucepan, combine lemonade, pineapple juice, pineapple cubes and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 2 minutes, then pour into container of ice maker using remaining pineapple juice. Ice.
While the lemonade is boiling, mix orange juice, lemon zest and lemonade. Pour over ice cubes, add ice cubes and pour in lemonade. Freeze while stirring. Slide the chilled lemonade mixture over ice cubes, chill slightly. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
