Chocolate-laced Caramel Oreo Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

3 eggs

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup butter, melted

1 tablespoon milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 1/2 cups chopped pitted dates

1 cup chopped almonds

1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 cup caramel extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, sugar, butter, milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Spread evenly into pie shell.

In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and egg until well blended. Beat in milk, cream cheese mixture and pecans. Spread mixture over pie.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Allow to cool before frosting. Fill pie shell with whipped topping. Frost with caramel or chocolate icing on top. Chill at least 9 hours before serving. Garnish with pecans, chopped pecans and almonds.
