2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemonade flavored jell-O mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemonade flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 medium apple, peeled and cored
1 small onion, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 (12 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix gelatin and lemonade solutions. Beat lemonade mixture into gelatin mixture until well blended. Stir peach slices into lemonade mixture; remove from marinade. Stir pecans into lemonade mixture. Pour lemonade mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until peaches and lemonade are evenly coated.
