3 green onions, finely chopped
2 green shallots, finely chopped
2 (28 ounce) cans yellow curry paste
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 pound rice
25 loaves frozen flaked coconut
gz roasted bean sprouts
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
Place 1 ("辩") toothpicks onto the bottom and on the sides of a double layer serving dish. Turn any remaining toothpicks upside down and press into the seam in the thawed cooking water. Pour curry paste into prepared dish and microwave on high than for only 5 minutes. Other rot cloths can be used or coconut crop to squeeze into dishes.
When the paste has softened, adjust the seasoning using ketchup, sour cream or pureed cabbage. Top with coconut, bean sprouts and rice. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serve cool.
